ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
ENGINE REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil (page 3-10).
Remove the fulluwing: - Exhaust pipefMuffler (page 2-15) - Front fender (page 2-5) , Air cleaner houaing (page 54) - Carburetor (page 5-5) - Fuel tank and fuel tank heat guard (page 5-20)
Disconnect the spark plug cap.
Remuve the bulls, callers and right engine side cover.
Remove the nut and starter motor cable. Remove the bait and grnund cabfe terminals.
TRX450S: Discannect the alternator, ignition pulse generator and neutral reverse switch cunnectnrs.
Disconnect the speed sensor cunnector and connector bracket from frame stay.
